進(jìn)油過(guò)程
當(dāng)凸輪的凸起部分轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)去后,在彈簧力的作用下,柱塞向下運(yùn)動(dòng),柱塞上部空間(稱為泵油室)產(chǎn)生真空度,當(dāng)柱塞上端面把柱塞套上的進(jìn)油孔打開后,充滿在油泵上體油道內(nèi)的柴油經(jīng)油孔進(jìn)入泵油室,柱塞運(yùn)動(dòng)到下止點(diǎn),進(jìn)油結(jié)束
回油過(guò)程
柱塞向上供油,當(dāng)上行到柱塞上的斜槽(停供邊)與套筒上的回油孔相通時(shí),泵油室低壓油路便與柱塞頭部的中孔和徑向孔及斜槽溝通,油壓驟然下降,出油閥在彈簧力的作用下迅速關(guān)閉,停止供油。此后柱塞還要上行,當(dāng)凸輪的凸起部分轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)去后,在彈簧的作用下,柱塞又下行。此時(shí)便開始了下一個(gè)循環(huán)。
柱塞泵以一個(gè)柱塞為原理介紹,一個(gè)柱塞泵上有兩個(gè)單向閥,并且方向相反,柱塞向一個(gè)方向運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)缸內(nèi)出現(xiàn)負(fù)壓,這時(shí)一個(gè)單向閥打開液體被吸入缸內(nèi),柱塞向另一個(gè)方向運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),將液體壓縮后另一個(gè)單向閥被打開,被吸入缸內(nèi)的液體被排出。這種工作方式連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)后就形成了連續(xù)供油。
液壓泵為液壓傳動(dòng)提供加壓液體的一種液壓元件,是泵的一種。它的功能是把動(dòng)力機(jī)(如電動(dòng)機(jī)和內(nèi)燃機(jī)等)的機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)換成液體的壓力能。影響液壓泵的使用壽命因素很多,除了泵自身設(shè)計(jì)、制造因素外和一些與泵使用相關(guān)元件(如聯(lián)軸器、濾油器等)的選用、試車運(yùn)行過(guò)程中的操作等也有關(guān)系。
液壓泵的工作原理是運(yùn)動(dòng)帶來(lái)泵腔容積的變化,從而壓縮流體使流體具有壓力能。
必須具備的條件就是泵腔有密封容積變化。
液壓泵的種類:
1、按流量是否可調(diào)節(jié)可分為:變量泵和定量泵。輸出流量可以根據(jù)需要來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)的稱為變量泵,流量不能調(diào)節(jié)的稱為定量泵。
2、按液壓系統(tǒng)中常用的泵結(jié)構(gòu)分為:齒輪泵、葉片泵和柱塞泵3種。
齒輪泵:體積較小,結(jié)構(gòu)較簡(jiǎn)單,對(duì)油的清潔度要求不嚴(yán),價(jià)格較便宜;但泵軸受不平衡力,磨損嚴(yán)重,泄漏較大。
葉片泵:分為雙作用葉片泵和單作用葉片泵。這種泵流量均勻、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、噪音小、作壓力和容積效率比齒輪泵高、結(jié)構(gòu)比齒輪泵復(fù)雜。
柱塞泵:容積效率高、泄漏小、可在高壓下工作、大多用於大功率液壓系統(tǒng);但結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,材料和加工精度要求高、價(jià)格貴、對(duì)油的清潔度要求高。
1.進(jìn)口液壓柱塞泵(簡(jiǎn)稱泵)磨損的三個(gè)階段
進(jìn)口的液壓泵的磨損分為初期磨損,正常磨損,異常磨損三個(gè)階段。
1.1初期磨損階段:泵在零件制造過(guò)程中,零件金屬表面有一定的微觀不平度(表面粗糙度)軸或孔存在的橢圓度與不直度,在金屬表面發(fā)生初期相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),泵零件間相對(duì)高速運(yùn)動(dòng),此時(shí)摩擦副間會(huì)產(chǎn)生輕微的摩擦磨損,零件處于初期磨損階段。
1.2正常磨損階段:經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的磨合,摩擦副間生成新的,精度等級(jí)更高的粗糙度,磨損速度減慢。進(jìn)入一段相對(duì)比較長(zhǎng)的穩(wěn)定使用階段。
1.3異常磨損階段:在此階段中,金屬材料達(dá)到疲勞周期的額定壽命,金屬表面將產(chǎn)生疲勞層,疲勞層在泵高溫高壓的特殊使用狀態(tài)下,金屬表層易發(fā)生顆粒狀脫落,因此,磨損急劇增長(zhǎng),較后導(dǎo)致零件失效。
1.4泵在運(yùn)行中的相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的三對(duì)摩擦副(靜份量大承關(guān)系)零件之間的磨損,使零件間的縫隙加大,泵內(nèi)泄漏量隨之增多,油溫也相應(yīng)升高。泵軟壽命是從初期磨合期到穩(wěn)定使用階段進(jìn)而到疲勞剝落期階段(劇烈磨損階段)。這三個(gè)階段時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)短主要取決于所使用的液壓介質(zhì)的清潔度。
1.5影響泵的軟壽命還有另外一個(gè)決定性因素,就是泵的軸承的使用壽命。因?yàn)檩S承在泵殼內(nèi)軸向載荷轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),泵殼內(nèi)的三大摩擦副(1缸體配流面與配流盤;2柱塞桿與缸孔;3滑靴與斜盤)零件高速摩擦轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),金屬表面相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),金屬與金屬產(chǎn)生接觸摩擦,發(fā)生粘結(jié)和切削,而且由于局部高溫,造成大尺寸金屬氧化物顆粒疲勞剝落,剝落的金屬顆粒因無(wú)法排出泵殼外而積存在液壓泵殼內(nèi)。因泵殼體充滿液壓油,沉積的金屬顆粒與液壓油混雜在一起隨泵主軸及缸體的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)又在殼體內(nèi)旋流漂移,造成泵內(nèi)軸承的加劇磨損。軸承磨損到一定程度后游隙加大,軸承游隙加大后軸承的回轉(zhuǎn)精度降低后,無(wú)法保證缸體與配流盤的相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)精度,因此又破壞了泵三對(duì)摩擦副之間的靜液壓的平衡,被破壞的靜液壓支承(三對(duì)摩擦副)又會(huì)加速磨損。

油泵可以分為容積式和非容積室(蝸輪式)兩種。非容積式有離心泵、軸流泵等,利用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的葉輪使進(jìn)口產(chǎn)生真空吸入液體,并在出口連續(xù)輸出壓力液體。這種泵進(jìn)口與出口相通,效率隨液體粘度增加而降低,并且輸出液體量隨出口壓力升高而顯著減少。
容積式泵是通過(guò)一個(gè)封閉的空間容積的變化來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)吸油和壓油的。當(dāng)這個(gè)封閉容積由小變大時(shí)進(jìn)行吸油,由大變小時(shí)進(jìn)行壓油。典型的為力士樂柱塞泵,柱塞從缸孔中拉出時(shí)吸油,壓進(jìn)時(shí)壓油。這種泵進(jìn)口與出口是被隔開的,效率取決于隔開吸壓油腔的各對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)零件間的結(jié)構(gòu)工藝間隙及油液的粘度等。粘度越率越高,輸油量幾乎保持不變(因效率略有影響,另外壓力升高至18MPa,油液會(huì)被壓縮1%)。

泵缸體安裝銅套的三種方法:
(a)缸體加溫?zé)嵫b或銅套低溫冷凍擠壓,過(guò)盈裝配;
(b)采有樂泰膠粘著裝配,這咱方法要求銅外套外徑表面有溝槽;
(c)缸孔攻絲,銅套外徑加工螺紋,涂樂泰膠后,旋入裝配。[1]
熔燒結(jié)合方式的缸體與銅套,安裝方法如下:
(a)采用研磨棒,手工或機(jī)械方法研磨修復(fù)缸孔;
(b)采用坐標(biāo)鏜床,重新鏜缸體孔;
(c)采用鉸刀修復(fù)缸體孔。[1]
采用“表面工程技術(shù)”,安裝方法如下:
(a)電鍍技術(shù):在柱塞表面鍍一層硬鉻;
(b)電刷鍍技術(shù):在柱塞表面刷鍍耐磨材料;
(c)熱噴涂或電弧噴涂或電噴涂:噴涂高碳馬氏體耐磨材料;
(d)激光熔敷:在柱塞表面熔敷高硬度耐磨合金粉末。

泵工作前,先將泵內(nèi)充滿液體,然后啟動(dòng)離心泵,葉輪快速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),葉輪的葉片驅(qū)使液體轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),液體轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)依靠慣性向葉輪外緣流去,同時(shí)葉輪從吸入室吸進(jìn)液體,在這一過(guò)程中,葉輪中的液體繞流葉片,在繞流運(yùn)動(dòng)中液體作用一升力于葉片,反過(guò)來(lái)葉片以一個(gè)與此升力大小相等、方向相反的力作用于液體,這個(gè)力對(duì)液體做功,使液體得到能量而流出葉輪,這時(shí)液體的動(dòng)能與壓能均加大
