1.適合的表面活化劑、緩蝕劑易于產(chǎn)品出槽時滴流，有效防止流痕。

2.特有的整平劑、砂面調(diào)節(jié)劑使處理后產(chǎn)品砂面細膩柔和。

3.獨特的絡(luò)合劑成分，使鋁離子達到140g/l也不沉淀，無需經(jīng)常清槽。

4.適量的抑霧劑有效地抑制堿霧的產(chǎn)生，有利于改善車間環(huán)境。

JB－SD03：20～30g/L

游離堿  ：55~70g/L   AL³⁺： ＞45 g/L  

溫度   ：45～60℃    時間  ：5～15 min                 

u  維護和管理

        1、生產(chǎn)中可根據(jù)鋁材加工量來添加NaOH、JB-SD03。一般情況下，每生產(chǎn)一噸鋁型材，消耗NaOH: 30~45kg；JB-SD03: 5~8kg。

        2、化學分析砂面堿蝕槽的濃度來確定添加量。

u  包裝、貯存及保質(zhì)期

25kg塑料桶裝；避光、避酸、輕放、密封置干燥，陰涼處，防止泄漏。室溫存放1年。

 

JB-SD03  Alkali Sanding Additive

u  Product Features

1.It consists of surface activator, anti-corrosion agent, prevent liquid flow mark on product surface.

2.Creates sand blasting effect and removes surface irregulaties.

3.It works under alkali condition.

u  Maintenance and cool

   1、NaOH and JB-SD03 chemical should be added depending on the quantity of the aluminium profile. Under normal situation, for one ton aluminium profile, the  consumption of NaOH is 30 ~ 45 kg, JB－SD03 is 5~ 8kg.

   2、Chemical added quantity base by tank conceation analysis.

u  Packing and Storage

25kg plastic bucket；Protect form heating, avoid acid, keep sealed in a dry, cool place and  prevent   leakage. Product shelve life is 1 year under room temperature。
