旋蝸殼泵是由泵體、支架體、蓋、軸、上軸承部件、下軸承部件、葉輪、吸入彎管和底座，其中支架體位于泵體頂部，吸入彎管和底座位于泵體底部，泵軸、上軸承部件和下軸承部件位于支架體內(nèi)，葉輪位于泵體內(nèi)，吸入彎管和底座為一體式結(jié)構，上軸承部件和下軸承部件分別通過螺栓固定在支架體內(nèi)，支架體通過螺栓連接在泵體頂部。

進口立式蝸殼泵將吸入彎管與底座合為一個零件，加大了吸入彎管的強度與剛度，能夠承受更大的流動介質(zhì)的作用力，降低泵體的振動;泵蓋與支架體合為一個零件，結(jié)構簡化，便于維護檢修;上、下軸承部件可一起從支架體中取出，便于維護檢修。

用于輸送清水或物理、化學性質(zhì)類似于水的其它液體，被輸送液體的

溫度不宜高于50℃。廣泛適用于農(nóng)田排灌、工業(yè)和城市給排水等多種場合。

有直聯(lián)傳動和皮帶傳動兩種。常用動力機是電動機和柴油機，訂貨時
