R162212320力士樂導(dǎo)軌滑塊導(dǎo)軌的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

1. 滑動導(dǎo)軌 

三角形導(dǎo)軌:該導(dǎo)軌磨損后能自動補(bǔ)償,故導(dǎo)向精度高。它的截面角度由載荷大小及導(dǎo)向要求而定,一般為90?。為增加承載面積,減小比壓,在導(dǎo)軌高度不變的條件下,采用較大的頂角(110?~120?);為進(jìn)步導(dǎo)向性,采用較小的頂角(60?)。假如導(dǎo)軌上所受的力,在兩個方向上的分力相差很大,應(yīng)采用不對稱三角形,以使力的作用方向盡可能垂直于導(dǎo)軌面。 

矩形導(dǎo)軌:優(yōu)點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,制造、檢驗(yàn)和修理方便;導(dǎo)軌面較寬,承載力較大,剛度高,故應(yīng)用廣泛。但它的導(dǎo)向精度沒有三角形導(dǎo)軌高;導(dǎo)軌間隙需用壓板或鑲條調(diào)整,且磨損后需重新調(diào)整。 

****形導(dǎo)軌:****形導(dǎo)軌的調(diào)整及夾緊較簡便,用一根鑲條可調(diào)節(jié)各面的間隙,且高度小,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊;但制造檢驗(yàn)不方便,摩擦力較大,剛度較差。用于運(yùn)動速度不高,受力不大,高度尺寸受限制的場合。 

圓形導(dǎo)軌:制造方便,外圓采用磨削,內(nèi)孔珩磨可達(dá)準(zhǔn)確的配合,但磨損后不能調(diào)整間隙。為防止轉(zhuǎn)動,可在圓柱表面開鍵槽或加工出平面,但不能承受大的扭矩。宜用于承受軸向載荷的場合。

R162212320力士樂導(dǎo)軌滑塊REXROTH力士樂導(dǎo)軌技術(shù)要求:導(dǎo)軌的質(zhì)量取決于它的制造精度和安裝精度,設(shè)計(jì)時應(yīng)根據(jù)使用要求,制定出轉(zhuǎn)動導(dǎo)軌的若干技術(shù)條件,下列項(xiàng)目和數(shù)據(jù)可供參考: 

兩導(dǎo)軌面間的不平度一般為3微米; 

導(dǎo)軌不直度一般為10-15微米,準(zhǔn)確的小于10微米。 

轉(zhuǎn)動體的直徑差,對于一般的導(dǎo)軌,全部轉(zhuǎn)動體的直徑差不大于2微米,每組轉(zhuǎn)動體的直徑差不大于1微米;對于準(zhǔn)確導(dǎo)軌,全部轉(zhuǎn)動體的直徑差不大于1微米,每組轉(zhuǎn)動體的直徑差不大于0.5微米; 

滾柱的錐度在滾柱長度范圍內(nèi),大小端直徑差小于0.5-1微米; 

表面光潔度通常應(yīng)刮研;在25?25厘米2內(nèi),其接觸斑點(diǎn)為20-25個點(diǎn),準(zhǔn)確的取上限,一般的取下限。

R162212320力士樂導(dǎo)軌滑塊 直線導(dǎo)軌又稱線軌、滑軌、線性導(dǎo)軌、線性滑軌,用于直線往復(fù)運(yùn)動場合,且可以承擔(dān)一定的扭矩,可在高負(fù)載的情況下實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度的直線運(yùn)動。在大陸稱直線導(dǎo)軌,寶島一般稱線性導(dǎo)軌,線性滑軌。

直線導(dǎo)軌運(yùn)動的作用是用來支撐和引導(dǎo)運(yùn)動部件,按給定的方向做往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動。依按摩擦性質(zhì)而定,直線運(yùn)動導(dǎo)軌可以分為滑動摩擦導(dǎo)軌、滾動摩擦導(dǎo)軌、彈性摩擦導(dǎo)軌、流體摩擦導(dǎo)軌等種類!≈本軸承主要用在自動化機(jī)械上比較多,像德國進(jìn)口的機(jī)床,折彎機(jī),激光焊接機(jī)等等,當(dāng)然直線軸承和直線軸是配套用的。像直線導(dǎo)軌主要是用在精度要求比較高的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)上,直線導(dǎo)軌的移動元件和固定元件之間不用中間介質(zhì),而用滾動鋼球。

導(dǎo)軌的工作原理可以理解為是一種滾動導(dǎo)引,是由鋼珠在滑塊跟導(dǎo)軌之間無限滾動循環(huán), 從而使負(fù)載平臺沿著導(dǎo)軌輕易的高精度線性運(yùn)動,并將摩擦系數(shù)降至平常傳統(tǒng)滑動導(dǎo)引的五十分之一,能輕易地達(dá)到很高的定位精度;瑝K跟導(dǎo)軌間末制單元設(shè)計(jì),使線形導(dǎo)軌同時承受上下左右等各方向的負(fù)荷,專利的回流系統(tǒng)及精簡化的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)讓HIWIN的線性導(dǎo)軌有更平順且低噪音的運(yùn)動。

滑塊-使運(yùn)動由曲線轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹本。新的導(dǎo)軌系統(tǒng)使機(jī)床可獲得快速進(jìn)給速度,在主軸轉(zhuǎn)速相同的情況下,快速進(jìn)給是直線導(dǎo)軌的特點(diǎn)。直線導(dǎo)軌與平面導(dǎo)軌一樣,有兩個基本元件;一個作為導(dǎo)向的為固定元件,另一個是移動元件。由于直線導(dǎo)軌是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)部件,對機(jī)床制造廠來說.較好要做的只是加工一個安裝導(dǎo)軌的平面和校調(diào)導(dǎo)軌的平行度。當(dāng)然,為了保證機(jī)床的精度,床身或立柱少量的刮研是必不可少的,在多數(shù)情況下,安裝是比較簡單的。作為導(dǎo)向的導(dǎo)軌為淬硬鋼,經(jīng)精磨后置于安裝平面上。與平面導(dǎo)軌比較,直線導(dǎo)軌橫截面的幾何形狀,比平面導(dǎo)軌復(fù)雜,復(fù)雜的原因是因?yàn)閷?dǎo)軌上需要加工出溝槽,以利于滑動元件的移動,溝槽的形狀和數(shù)量,取決于機(jī)床要完成的功能。例如:一個既承受直線作用力,又承受顛覆力矩的導(dǎo)軌系統(tǒng),與僅承受直線作用力的導(dǎo)軌相比.設(shè)計(jì)上有很大的不同。

直線導(dǎo)軌系統(tǒng)的固定元件(導(dǎo)軌)的基本功能如同軸承環(huán),安裝鋼球的支架,形狀為“v”字形。支架包裹著導(dǎo)軌的頂部和兩側(cè)面。為了支撐機(jī)床的工作部件,一套直線導(dǎo)軌至少有四個支架。用于支撐大型的工作部件,支架的數(shù)量可以多于四個。

機(jī)床的工作部件移動時,鋼球就在支架溝槽中循環(huán)流動,把支架的磨損量分?jǐn)偟礁鱾鋼球上,從而延長直線導(dǎo)軌的使用壽命。為了消除支架與導(dǎo)軌之間的間隙,預(yù)加負(fù)載能提高導(dǎo)軌系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,預(yù)加負(fù)荷的獲得.是在導(dǎo)軌和支架之間安裝超尺寸的鋼球。鋼球直徑公差為?20微米,以0.5微米為增量,將鋼球篩選分類,分別裝到導(dǎo)軌上,預(yù)加負(fù)載的大小,取決于作用在鋼球上的作用力。假如作用在鋼球上的作用力過大,經(jīng)受預(yù)加負(fù)荷時間過長,導(dǎo)致支架運(yùn)動阻力增強(qiáng),就會出現(xiàn)平衡作用問題;為了提高系統(tǒng)的靈敏度,減少運(yùn)動阻力,相應(yīng)地要減少預(yù)加負(fù)荷
