鋁單板是采用優(yōu)質鋁合金板材為基材，再經過數(shù)控折彎等技術成型，表面噴涂裝飾性涂料的一種新型天花吊頂、內墻、外墻裝飾材料。

鋁單板基材采用1100H24、1060H24、3003H24、5005H24等幕墻專用單層鋁合金板。

氟碳鋁單板其構造主要由面板、加強筋和角碼等部件組成。成型工件尺寸可達6000mm×1800mm（L×W）

常規(guī)厚度：2.0mm、2.5mm、3.0mm。

鋁單板的特點：

1、重量輕，鋼性好、強度高3.0mm厚鋁板每平方反重8kg，抗拉強度100-280n/mm2

2、耐候性和耐腐蝕性好。

3、工藝性好。采用先加工后噴漆工藝，鋁板可加工成平面、弧型和球面等各種復雜幾何形狀。
