總酸 （Total Acid） ：30~40g/L

時間 (time) ：1～8min                                        

三、維護和管理 (maintenance and cool)

1.每天分析一次總酸度，依分析結(jié)果及時調(diào)整；每補加1kgDBR－302總酸度可升高0.8～1.0點；處理100m2消耗DBR－302：0.6～ 0.8Kg。

Analysis the total acidity one time a day, according to the analysis results to adjust; the total acidity could increase by 0.8 to 1.0 points when add 1kg DBR－302,the DBR－302 of consumption is 0.6～ 0.8Kg for each 100m² treatment.

  2.每天清理槽液表面不溶污物，避免起料時污物附著產(chǎn)品表面造成清洗困難。

  3.長期使用后,當槽液中鋁離子積累過高時（30g/l）,應(yīng)部分或全部更換槽液。
