鋁合金陽(yáng)較氧化前長(zhǎng)壽堿蝕添加劑

一、開(kāi)槽參數(shù) (tank set up parameters)

NaOH ：50～60g/L

DBR－401：20～30g/L（水劑 / liquid）

二、控制參數(shù) (coolling parameters)

游離堿（free alkali） ：40~55g/L

AL³⁺：15~25 g/L

溫度 （Temperature） ：45～60℃

時(shí)間 （Time） ：3～5 min                             

三、維護(hù)和管理 (maintenance and cool)

1.每天分析槽液濃度并根據(jù)結(jié)果及時(shí)調(diào)整，補(bǔ)加比例為氫氧化鈉：DBR-401=5：1。處理100m2鋁材約消耗DBR-401：0.5～1.0kg。

  Analysis the bath conceation one time a day, according to the analysis results adjust to add the proportion of  sodium hydroxide:DBR-401=5：1; the consumption of DBR-401：0.5～1.0 kg for each 100 m² aluminium treatment

2.正常生產(chǎn)時(shí)因帶出損耗導(dǎo)致液面降低補(bǔ)加水則需添加相應(yīng)比例的氫氧化鈉和DBR-401。

When it’s  in normal production.  the loss will  lead to reduce the  surface water  if you add water ,you need to add the appropriate proportion of sodium hydroxide and DBR-401.

3.不生產(chǎn)時(shí)加蓋槽液以防污染。并保溫≥35℃以防鋁離子水解。

Affix the bath to prevent contamination when stop produce. Keep temperature of solution≥35℃,to prevent the aluminum ion hydrolysis.
